Tried my first game on MWS last night. It was hard going, but we got through most of the interface idosyncrasies eventually.
No doubt I will have further questions, but number 1 is...

How does the Corp depict its Archive piles? Do you put the face up ones into the trash can icon on the left of the play area, and have another pile for the face-down discards on the main play area? Or do you use some other method?

We use the ARC, HQ and R&D cards to depict the central data forts. In the ARC we place the face-down cards of Archives. The face-up pile goes either there as well or even better in the bin. The bin can be looked into by both sides. It sounds like you had not used the mentioned central data fort cards. You can add them from the standard library into your deck's sideboard and from there you can retrieve /drag them before the game starts.

Thanks for the reply. We did in fact use the R&D, Arch and HQ cards from the sideboard, but wasn't comfortable with 2 discard piles in front of R&D, especially as they seem to stack offset rather than directly on top of each other.

Don't know if anyone else does this, but as the Runner I created three cards - hardware, resources and programs, and placed the Runner's cards in a line beside them . Not necessary, I know, but it seemed neater to my brain.
